Ofada Rice

I know that most of you have in one way or the other heard about ofada rice. It's indigenous to Nigeria and best for dieters hence its carbohydrates contents is very low. 
It's prepared just like any other rice,  can be used for fried rice, jollof, coconut and white rice with sauce.

How To Prepare Stew

2.  Fresh tomatoes
3. Fresh pepper
4. Onions
5. Habanero pepper
6. Tatashi pepper
7 . Green pepper
8. Spring onions
9. Vegetable oil
10. Garlic
11. Curry/Tyme
12. Seasoning
13. Cinnamon

PREPARATORY PROCESS :
STEP 1 : Wash my meat and cook it with enough onions, pepper & maggi cube
          2:  Blend my fresh tomatoes, pepper and tatashi together and cook it them                 separately till the   water dries from the tomatoes
