Lunch Inspiration
Aspire to get better at your cooking. Always remember that there are no hard and fast rule as to how a meal should be prepared but one thing is paramount, and that is achieving same result.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
1. Meat of your choice
2. Fresh tomatoes
3. Fresh pepper
4. Onions
5. Habanero pepper
6. Tatashi pepper
7 . Green pepper
8. Spring onions
9. Vegetable oil
10. Garlic
11. Curry/Tyme
12. Seasoning
13. Cinnamon
PREPARATORY PROCESS :
STEP 1 : Wash my meat and cook it with enough onions, pepper & maggi cube
2: Blend my fresh tomatoes, pepper and tatashi together and cook it them separately till the water dries from the tomatoes
3: When the meat is soft and little
stock water still left inside, add vegetable oil into the meat pot

4. Slice your onions, green pepper and spring onions and pour it into the oil and stir gently
5. Add the blended cooked tomatoes into the oil and stir
6. Alow to cook for 5 minutes before adding your tin tomatoes paste
7. Add cinnamon now and seasoning
