How To Prepare Sauce

Grilled Fish Sauce


Sometimes I try as much asni can to eat healthy having discovered that eating healthy doesn't necessarily cost a fortune. 

One of the healthiest ways to eat and stay healthy is being very conscious of what goes into your mouth. Hence it eventually reflects in your physical body.

Here I prepared a very simple salad vegetables sauce which can be used to eat white rice, chips, boiled yam, spaghetti, noodles etc. Follow the below steps to know how this sumptuous sauce was prepared. 


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :

Fresh tomatoes
Fresh pepper
Green pepper
Onions
Liver
Carrot
Farrow
Mackerel Fish
Cinnamon
Seasoning
Spring onions
Olive oil

PREPARATORY PROCESS :
Step 1 :
Slice the fresh tomatoes and pepper and set it in a sieve allowing it to drip out Water. 

Step 2 :
Slice the carrot, onions, green pepper, green peaz, cucumber etc

Step 3 :
Set your empty pot on fire and add 2 cooking spoon full of olive oil into it and pour in the sliced fresh tomatoes and pepper and stir it afterwards

Step 4 :
Add the sliced vegetables into it and stir

Step 5 :
Add seasoning and cinnamon

Step 6 :
Add the already grilled fish and slice in fresh green pepper, onions and set it down from the fire. 


Cooking time shouldn't exceed 3 minutes so that the vegetable will not overcook.
