Grilled Fish Salad.
In this dispensation where health is of essence and so many unhealthy food choices that we make which are injurious to our health, it's paramount that we sometimes consume only protein and vegetables yo help in boosting our immune system.
And so I tried having different for,lunch and I encourage you to do same. This doesn't only taste great but equally rich in other vitamins.
Fish Salad |
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
Fresh green peaz
Cucumber
Mackerel Fish
Olive oil
Carrot
PREPARATORY PROCESS :
Step 1:
Wash the mackerel fish very well
Step 2 :
Apply your Onga maggi cube on the fish inside out by making little opening in the belly of the fish
Step 3 :
Apply the olive oil on the fish and fold it in circle form
Step 4 :
Put in oven and grill for 15 minutes or fry in the alternative
Step 5 :
Slice all the salad vegetables place in a plate and enjoy the pleasant delicacy.
