How To Prepare Spicy Shrimp Sauce.
As sumptuous and elegant as this dish looks, it takes just 30minutes to prepare it and your good to go.
I am a lover of shrimps and sea food generally, so I try to make varieties out of every opportunity I grabs.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
1. Large size fresh Shrimps 10
2. Green pepper
3. Large size onions
5. Curry
6. Maggi cubes
7. Seasoning
8. Chicken stock
NOTE :
The above ingredients is for 3 serving and the cooking time is 30minutes.
PREPARATORY PROCESS :
Step 1 :
Wash the shrimps, remove the head and the back skin then put it into a clean pot, season with 2 cubes of maggi, tyme, Cameron pepper and onions. Alow the shrimp to cook after the colour must have changed from grey to orange like, that is a more likely way to find out if it's cooked.
Step 2 :
Slice all your vegetables and set them aside.
Step 3 :
Season chicken with same ingredients in step one and extract the meat stock. If you already have chicken stock in your fridge, then that makes your work more easier then.
Step 4 :
Set an empty frying pan on fire and add the chicken stock into the pan alongside half cooking spoon full of olive oil, immediately add the sliced onions, green pepper, red pepper and curry, stir afterwards.
Step 5 :
Immediately add the already seasoned and cooked shrimps into the frying pan and stir. Immediately add half cube of maggi, roasted cashew nuts and taste for salt. Take it down from fire
Note :
Be careful not to alow the vegetables cook to death.
As much as the sauce should be spicy, doesn't mean that you should not be careful not to over season it this is because, too much seasoned food is too harsh on taste buds.
Step 6 :
Your spicy Shrimp sauce is ready to be eaten with fried rice.
