Aside the very uual beans that you already know,  when I travelled to Kaduna State in Nigeria, I stumbled across a very peculiar special kind of beans that comes in different colours, ranging from black, white, black mixed with white and brown, the beans comes in tiny grain but after cooking it the grains turn out much bigger.
