Benefits Of Breakfast.

Breakfast. 

The word breakfast can be likened to two words "Break + Fast". Literally meaning, grab a bite and break it fast before leaving for work.  I formed those words to aid me in passing across the message on how important the first meal of the day is. 

Furthermore, breakfast can equally be likened to the first meal of a day, most often eaten in the early morning before undertaking the day's work. The word refers to breaking the period of the prior night.

With breakfast commonly referred to as " the most important meal of the day ",
Particularly for children, some epidemiological research indicates that having a breakfast might lower risk of metabolic disorders and cardiovascular
diseases.  While current professional opinions are largely in favor of eating breakfast, some contest its " most important " status. 

The right breakfast can help you concentrate, give you strength and further help you maintain a healthy weight aside giving you the strength you need to achieve your daily routine.

 Note :
 A healthy breakfast meal should contain a variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low - or non - fat dairy, and lean protein.

Even if you think you don’t have time to eat breakfast, there are grab - and - go options that fill the bill. 

Some quick and healthy choices include :

1.  A veggie omelet and a piece of whole - wheat toast.

2. A whole - wheat English muffin with low - fat cheese, a scrambled egg, and      .. slice of tomato or lean ham. 

3. Smoothie made with fruit and low - fat yogurt.

4. Salmon on 1 / 2 whole - grain bagel with light cream cheese. 

5. Whole - grain cereal with fresh fruit and low - fat milk. 

6. Oatmeal made with skim milk, raisins and nuts, with 4 ounces of orange juice. 

7. Low fat yogurt and a piece of fresh fruit. 

8. Yogurt smoothie and breakfast bar.

9.  Hard boiled egg and a banana.  

Note:
A healthy breakfast meal should contain a variety of foods,
including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low - or non - fat dairy,
