Diet soup is basically soup meant for dieticians and comprises of basically cabbage, green pepper, carrot, peaze, lettuce and green pepper. It's been proven that if religiously followed, one can loose as much as 10 pounds in a space of one week.
Here basically I decided to add boiled Irish potatoes which is very low in fat and high on protein.
Here's what the real diet soup looks like
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
Cabbage
Green pepper
Onions
Irish potatoes
Egg
Olive oil
Carrot
Green peaz
Cucumber
PREPARATORY PROCESS :
STEP 1 :
Wash the cabbage thoroughly and slice it alongside others vegetables
Step 2 :
Peel and boil your irish potatoes and set it aside afterwards
Step 3 :
Put 1/2 liter of water into the pot, add a teaspoon full of olive oil into the water
Step 4 :
Add the sliced vegetables into the pot and add cinnamon alongside a cube of Onga maggi.
Step 5 :
Stir and serve after cooking for 1 minutes.
The soup can be taken like that or accompanied with Irish potatoes.
