Chips

Chips Preparation. 

Usually I enjoy my chips when it's well fried in deep oil.  Not too brown and not too  soft. 
Chips


PREPARATORY PROCESS :
Step 1 :
Peel the potato back and slice it into chips
Step 2:
Put your vegetables oil on fire and alow to heat up
Step 3 :
Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the potatoes (optional )
Step 4 :
Start frying and alow to dry before bringing it out from the oil
Frying chips

Step 5 :
Repeat same process till the chips is finished. 
Step 6 :
Serve with fried or scrambled egg. 
Breakfast is served
