Beef Sauce

How To Prepare Beef Sauce

In cooking generally, I have come to realise that what makes cooking even more unique and exquisite is the recipe that one uses and knowing how to effectively combine those recipes to arrive at a perfect ending.

Here is my beef sauce made the easy way.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :

1.  Cow meat (beef)
2. Beef chilli sauce made from Tigernuts
3. Olive oil
4. Onions
5.  Spring onions
6. Green pepper
7.  Carrot
8.  Boiled corn
9. Green peaz
10. Curry
11. Ginger & garlic ( optional )

PREPARATORY PROCESS :
STEP 1 :
Wash the beef and cook till its soft using onions,  tyme, beef sauce,  nutmeg and Cameroon pepper.

STEP 2 :
Slice the already cooked beef into smaller size and set it aside.

STEP 3 :
Slice all the vegetables intended to use and set them aside

STEP 4 :
Put an empty pan on fire and add 1 cooking spoon full of olive oil and half litre of warm water and immediately add the Tigernuts sauce and stir to mix thoroughly.

STEP 5 :
Add the sliced vegetables, curry,  meat spice and the already cooked meat and stir.

STEP 6 :
Add blended ginger and garlic (optional ),  taste for salt and take it down immediately.

Your beef sauce is ready to be eaten with any grain of your choice.

Bon Appetit!
