Most people underestimate the benefits of taking water, some even go to the extent to say that they only take water when they are thirsty unknown to them that water flushes the system of toxicity and many more.
     
                    REASONS TO DRINK AT LEAST 1.5 LITERS OF WATER DAILY.

1.  It guards your body system to function properly hence our body needs fluid to aid
     digestion, create saliva and to transport nutrients to all parts of the body.

2.  Waters glows the skin by moisturising it and gets rid of wrinkles

3.  Water increases energy and reduces fatigue

4.  Promotes weight loss

5.  Flushes out toxins by getting rid of waste through urine and sweat

6.  Prevents constipation and boosts immune system

7.  Gives you sparkly eyes

8.  Supports your heart expecially drinking after a days exercise.

9.  Clears headache that is generated from a stress filled day.

Endeavour to drink a very clean water because failure might do you more harm than good. Drink either of the water below
