Cuoscuos

How To Prepare Cuoscuos


Over the years I've come to realise that there are no hard and fast rules as to how a particular delish is prepared but the aim of every chef is to apply a methodology that will eventually bring out the best taste in the delish. 

Basically,  where I'm driving at is that you keep an open mind and be open to other people's methodology after all you have absolutely nothing to loose by adding a knowledge.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
1.  Cuoscuos
2. Carrot
3. Green pepper
4. Fresh pepper
5. Mashed boiled iced fish
6. Olive Oil

PREPARATORY PROCESS :
Step 1 :
Put water on fire and alow to boil before adding the cuoscuos and a pinch of salt

Step 2 :
Alow the cuoscuos to cook for 5 minutes before bringing it down and sieve out any water left in it to avoid it from softening further. 


Step 3 :
Put an empty frying pan on fire and pour 2 tablespoon full of olive oil and immediately add all the sliced salad vegetables and the mashed boiled iced fish and stir afterwards

Step 4 :
Add garlic (optional ) and seasoning to taste

Step 5
Stir and take it down. 
Serve with the couscous.
