Home Made Banana Bread.
Have you ever tried making a small chop home made banana? It's easier than you can ever imagine.
Just follow the following steps and your good to go.
Ripe Banana (3)
Flour 250g
Nutmeg (1/2 tea spoon)
Baking powder (1/2 tea spoon)
Salt (a pinch)
Egg (2)
Butter (85g)
Sugar (150g)
Plain yoghurt (100ml)
PREPARATORY PROCESS :
Start by mashing the banana with fork until very smooth like below picture.
Step 2: Add sugar, nutmeg, salt, baking powder to the flour and mix like the picture below
Step 3: Add the butter or magarine to the flour and sugar and mix until it loo like bread crumbs just like the picture below.
Step 4: Add the banana, egg and yoghurt to the already mixed flour like this
Step 5: Stir continuously until it is thoroughly mixed like the picture below.
Step 6: Line your baking pan with a grease proof paper to avoid sticking like this
Step 7: pour the mixture into the pan like the picture below
Step 8: Endeavour to heat up your ovum to atleast 180ÂșC before putting it
Step 9: Bake for about 40 minutes if using a small pan
Step 10: To check if it's ready, dip a small knife into it and slip it out, if it comes out clean, then it's ready to be served. Alow to get cold before serving
It's ready to be eaten.
