Shrimps.

How To Prepare Shrimps Sauce. 


What I particularly enjoyed during my stay in Bayelsa State Nigeria,  is the availability of fresh sea foods and all that is associated with the sea. You get to buy live shrimps, fish of all species etc.

I decided to try something new and so I prepared shrimps sauce using salad vegetables and it came out excellently well coupled with the fact that I tried it out on too many things like bread,  boiled sweet potatoes and rice and it all fitted in perfectly well. I dare you to try out the recipes and you will thank me later

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
Fresh shrimps or Lobster
Lobster
Fresh pepper
Dried fish
Onions
Carrot
Green pepper
Vegetable oil
Garlic ( optional )


PREPARATORY PROCESS :
Step 1 :
Wash the lobster very well by removing the head and tail and set it aside

Step 2 :
Slice all the vegetable your using and set an empty frying pan on fire

Step 3 :
Add a cooking spoon full of vegetable oil into the empty frying pan on fire and immediately pour in the lobster and stir afterwards

Step 4 :
Add garlic and onions into the lobster and stir thoroughly,  adding all other ingredients mentioned above. 

Step 5 :
Add cinnamon and a cube of maggi.  Stir afterwards and take it down.
Note :
You know the lobster is properly cooked when it turns red. 

Serve with anything of your choice.
