About Vivian's Cuisine.

 Fruits and meals are good combination for a healthy living.




This is an innovation born out of extreme neccessity. A friend of mine called me seven months after her wedding to cry out so bitterly about the huddle she goes through to keep up with her husbands constant desire for good meal and how much she hated the kitchen. And of course as a friend who truely cares and looks out for her friends interest i voluntered to teach her and make her come to an understanding that cooking is an art and im pleased to announce to you that after her banking career, kitchen is her second proffession.

Imagine how proud you will make your man, inlaws, children, friends and loved ones when you present meals of varieties that makes neighbours gossip. If you know what i mean.

Out of extreme burning desire to bring our women and of course men are not exempted  into loving and experimenting in the kitchen to live healthy and stay wealthy gave birth to this this blog.

In my little research i realise that fashion, fast foods and quick bites are taking over many homes today and many side-chicks are breaking marriages cause you have simply refused
to do your kitchen routine religiously and aside breaking homes our generation are loosing grip of what the kitchen looks like and essence of a healthy living Is less thought of.
Based on this discovery, this blog is created to serve as a reminder and a guide to you reconecting back to your kitchen and im here to share my several years experience with you. Make sure you make the most use of it.

   THINGS TO EXPECT INSTANTLY.

1.  You will be exposed to a guide that will aid you in preparing different kinds of meals
      ranging from what particular ethnic group are known for down to different continental
      dishes.

2.  You will learn the secret of cooking with convenience and loving the kitchen

3.You will be exposed to nutruitional benefits of various fruits and food.

4.  Table manners and how to use the cuttlery.

5.  You will be taught wines that goes with each meal

6.  How to spend less and still eat a very balanced meal will be taught.

7.  You will be taught how to make fresh juice manually and with juice extractor machine.

8.  You will be shown best and suitable type of meals that goes well with breakfast, lunch,
     brunch and dinner.

More will be unravelled as the blog grows.
