One basic thing that goes wrong when it comes to baking generally, is the fact that people want to use their instinct in measuring the ingredients, and when you go against the rule of adequate measurement, things will always go wrong, either the sugar will be much or the any other ingredients.
To make the very best out of cooking, especially when it have to do with pastries, do well to use the adequate measurement.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
1. All purpose flour 130gram (1 cup)
2. Baking powder ( 1 tablespoon)
3. Baking soda (1/2 tablespoon)
3. Salt (1/4 tablespoon)
4. Sugar (3 table spoon)
5. Butter ( 40 gram)
6. Milk (1 cup)
7. Vannilla essence
PREPARATORY PROCESS :
Sieve your flour, salt, baking power and baking soda into an empty bowl in addition to the sugar and mix the whole dry ingredients together and set them aside.
STEP 2 :
Whisk the fresh egg into an empty bow and add the melted butter, vanilla essence and the milk mixing all wet ingredients together till their thoroughly mixed together.
STEP 3 :
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and grease your pan with butter and fry till its golden brown.
